How forms and the assistant work
Consultation enquiries and career applications are submitted over HTTPS to this website’s dedicated form service and emailed to shankyasantani@gmail.com. Career emails include your PDF résumé. A separate acknowledgement is sent to the email address you provide. The service processes form contents and uploads temporarily; it does not keep a permanent application database or public résumé files. Delivery references, status and hashed anti-abuse identifiers are retained for up to 30 days, with expired records removed when the service next processes a submission. Emails and attachments remain in the relevant mailboxes under their retention arrangements. Optional WhatsApp links open that service separately; its own privacy policies apply. The knowledge assistant matches questions against a saved reference library in your browser; it does not send your question to a generative AI provider. Avoid entering confidential information into the assistant.
Website requests and third-party content
Hosting and web-server systems may record technical request information such as IP address, browser details, requested URL, time and errors for operation and security. Embedded Google Maps can connect to Google when loaded, even without clicking a directions link. External font services, where used, also receive normal browser requests. WhatsApp, Google Maps and external reference websites operate independently and may use their own cookies or storage.
